The LymphLAB® INSTITUTE is dedicated to advancing education in NeuroLymphatics—a specialized field exploring the relationship between lymphatic function, neuroinflammation, cerebrospinal fluid dynamics, and neuromotor health. As understanding of neurolymphatic physiology continues to evolve, comprehensive patient assessment must include evaluation of lymphatic anatomy, physiology, and tissue behavior as part of a whole-system clinical perspective. Traditional education has largely confined lymphatic assessment to lymphedema.
The Institute expands this perspective by exploring lymphology as an essential component of comprehensive patient assessment across complex neurological and neuromotor presentations. Evaluation of lymphatic anatomy and physiology is not an alternative approach to health—it is a fundamental component of comprehensive clinical assessment.
neurolymphatic assessment
NeuroLymphatic evaluation extends clinical reasoning by incorporating lymphatic physiology into the evaluation of neurological and neuromotor function. Rather than replacing established neurological or musculoskeletal assessment models, NeuroLymphatic evaluation provides an additional framework for recognizing patterns of fluid regulation, inflammatory burden, tissue behavior, and physiological adaptation.
Our educational programs examine how evolving scientific understanding of glymphatic and meningeal lymphatic function contributes to broader discussions surrounding neuroinflammation, neurological health, and functional recovery, while exploring how these concepts inform comprehensive patient evaluation. The time is NOW for lymphology to be understood and incorporated as a standard of care in medicine.

The LymphLAB® INSTITUTE is dedicated to advancing professional education in NeuroLymphatics through lecture-based programming informed by 3+ decades of clinical observation and specialized lymphatic practice.
Clinical methodologies developed within LymphLAB® CLINIC emerged during a period when lymphatic-neurological relationships were largely absent from mainstream discussion. As scientific understanding of neurolymphatic physiology has expanded, it has provided important biological context for many of the clinical questions that guided this work.
We translate that clinical lineage into structured educational frameworks that challenge providers to think beyond traditional lymphedema models and develop a deeper understanding of the role of lymphology in neurological and neuromotor health.
Expertise begins not by replacing established science, but by expanding the questions we are willing to ask of it.
